I like their siu mai. It's solid.
I haven't tried anything else yet. -

Lack of customer service.
Staff ignores you! Walk in, only customer, girl was restocking lotus wrap rice. I ask her a question. DIDN'T RESPONSE, NOR turn in my direction
Another employee came to the counter to assist me. All of a sudden the silent, non-responsive person became so chatty. I was like a hindrance.
The dim sum lacks favor and freshness.
Lots of food items for sale held at room temperature.
Will not return. -

Clean for a dimsum takeout place. This place might be my next favorite spot. 3 items for $2.30 or $2.60. The girls that work in the front were pretty nice.
I would come back again. -

Never had the food. I actually just stick with prom and shrimp siu Mai. They have steamed and fried. I have tried different dim sum down San Bruno and by far I think this is the best. Both orders I've tried have oil but don't feel overly oily. Wrapped well so I doesn't dissolve easily. The taste is great.
They are inconsistent with how they sell you your order. Sometimes it's a plastic bag and fork. Other times it's a plastic container.
The women are somewhat friendly. One is very sweet. The other is blunt and short. She will make you wait, tell you they run out and just overall cold when serving you. But for a cheaper tasty order, I'll deal with her for 5 minutes. -

This place is a rip off. My husband went to go get porridge for my daughter since she is sick. Went there yesterday charged us $5 for the porridge and today he went back to get the same kind and charged him 8.65 because they have to get it from somewhere else. When my husband placed the order the lady said its $5 which my husband gave and told him to wait 7 to 8 mins since they ran out and had to go to their "sister" restuarant to get more. My husband ask them where that place is so he can just go there instead of waiting, the lady told him, she cant say where it is. Once my husband got the porridge and about to leave another lady runs out yelling at my husband saying he owes another 3.65. My husband confused why does he owe 3.65 when he already paid 5? The lady assuming it's the owner said cause they got the porridge elsewhere it's more. This was never mention when my husband placed the order. The menu that's on the wall said it was 5 as well. This place is ridiculous and trick people for money. As a restaurant how is it right to get food elsewhere to sell to their customers and charging more? If they don't have the item they could have told him that its sold out.
